Waltham Farmers Market 2011

September 3rd's concert will be a benefit for Dale Wentworth. Our good friend and long-time vendor, owner of The Warren Farm & Sugarhouse, was seriously injured in a motorcycle racing event in Colorado in June.

The Waltham Farmers' Market celebrates its 21st season at the Sovereign Bank parking lot in downtown Waltham, June 11 through November 5. The market is held rain or shine, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm every Saturday. The Sovereign Bank parking lot is located at the intersection of Main and Moody streets, across from Waltham Common. Locally produced foods and crafts are featured at, the market, along with a concert series, and other events. The lot can be reached by car from Main Street or Charles Street. This season, we started accepting SNAP/EBT cards, for purchase of food only, and debit/credit cards, for purchase of any item. The cards may be used to purchase market tokens which will be accepted by vendors. WIC coupons are also accepted by all farmers. Senior citizens receive a 10 percent discount at participating vendors. Wheelchair accessible.
