U.S. Army Engineer Division, New England424 Trapelo Road
On June 6, 1996 the Secretary of the Army approved a restructuringof the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Divisions.The plan, which closed division offices in Honolulu and Chicago,converted the division office in Waltham, Mass., to district status,and realigned the districts under the remaining divisions. After the property was reassigned to the city,the parcel was divided between Veterans Fields, Gann Academy, and Bentley University's North Campus.
