Waltham Farmers Market 2013

The Waltham Farmers' Market celebrates its 23rd season at the Sovereign Bank parking lot in downtown Waltham, June 15 through November 9. The market is held rain or shine, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm every Saturday. The Sovereign Bank parking lot is located at the intersection of Main and Moody streets, across from Waltham Common. Locally produced foods and crafts are featured at, the market, along with a concert series, and other events. The lot can be reached by car from Main Street or Charles Street. We accept SNAP/EBT cards, for purchase of food only, and debit/credit cards, for purchase of any item. The cards may be used to purchase market tokens which will be accepted by vendors. WIC coupons are also accepted by all farmers. Senior citizens receive a 10 percent discount at participating vendors. Wheelchair accessible.

We will be open at our regular site this season

We have been at One Moody since 1994, when we were hosted by the Sterling Bank, which owned the building, after we were displaced from the Embassy Lot to allow the building of the new parking deck there.. The current owners have been generously hosting us at that site since 1999. While the developers would welcome us back, their new parking arrangement is just too small for us. We're working with City officials and downtown businesses on securing an alternate site starting in 2014.
